Patient Assistance program allows us to provide clinical laboratory services even if some patients are unable to pay the balance in due time. Based on individual circumstances, payment solutions are tailored for underinsured and uninsured patients such that some or all of the charges are adjusted if the patient cannot afford to pay for the testing.
Our payment plans gives patients the flexibility to make month installments in case they are unable to pay the balance in full.
Tiered discounts are provided to patients after considering their income and family unit size. The discounts are based on guidelines set by the US Department of Health and Human Services. Discounts can range as much as 100% of the total amount that is due.
The eligibility is decided based on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services poverty guidelines and the income of the patient. These guidelines are reviewed and updated annually and are available on the HHS website.
Patients are required to call the customer service number that is listed on the invoice or they can contact the billing customer service directly if an invoice is not available.
